Tim White from Books for Cooks (https://www.booksforcooks.com.au) will speak about Mrs Isabella Beeton, author of The Book of Household Management that was one of the most significant and commercially successful British cookery books of the 19th century. The talk will explore her personal history and her contributions to cookery book publishing in Victorian Britain and the British Empire.
